Welcome to Campus and Drop-in Support
Friday, Jan 3. from 11-2 p.m. | Location: Laurier International Offices - Arts Building 2A01. Come by Laurier International to meet our staff, have a snack and a warm drink and we will have student volunteers on hand to help you. Need a OneCard, to open a bank account or help finding something on campus? Our student volunteers will be here to help you out!
Campus Tour
Friday, Jan. 3 from 2-3 p.m. | Location: Laurier International Offices - Arts Building 2A01. Join some of our student volunteers on a tour of the Waterloo campus. Dress warmly as the tour will include going outside!
Welcome Event for Exchange Students!
Friday, Jan. 3 from 3-7 p.m. | Location: Arts Building 2C15 - from 3-5pm, and then move to The Turret (3rd Floor, Fred Nichols Campus Centre) for dinner and further orientation.
Join us for a guest lecture, mini-workshop on adapting to life at Laurier, dinner, and a chance to connect with other exchange students studying at Laurier!
Drop-in Advising for Business and Economics Students
Tuesday, Jan. 7 from 1-3 p.m. | Location: Laurier International Offices - Arts Building 2A01 - Business or Economics students interested in adding a new course, or with questions about their courses are welcome to drop by Laurier International to meet with an Advisor who can help you.
International Student Welcome Breakfast
Friday, Jan. 10 from 9-10 a.m. | The buffet style breakfast will open at 9:00am in the Turret.Enjoy breakfast and connect with your international student peers during the first week of class! The event will wrap up at 10:00am. This is a free event, but you must register here.
Camp Kawartha Winter Camping Trip
January 31st - February 2nd
Laurier exchange students are invited to join us for a winter camping trip to Camp Kawartha from January 31st - February 2nd. Experience cross-country skiing, snoeshoeing, hiking, a campfire and other activities in the great Canadian outdoors!
