MB Course Listings

MB courses are unique to the Milton campus and/or the Bachelor of Business Technology Management program.

BU Course Listings

Students not registered in the Bachelor of Business Administration program must obtain permission of the Lazaridis School to take courses in business administration (BU courses) other than BU121, BU127 and BU247.

 

Directed Studies (Irregular Course)

Qualifications

  1. An irregular courseis defined as a course offered under a Business Technology Management (BTM) seminar heading or the MB398 course code.
  2. Must have completed at least 1.0 senior MB credit and obtained permission of the instructor.
  3. Approval by the Associate Dean of Business: Academic Programs and the BTM Area Coordinator
  4. Academic Add/Drop dates need to be followed as per the Undergraduate Academic Calendar.  

Student Instructions

  1. Find a faculty member to supervise the study.
  2. Together with the instructor, determine the topic / field of interest and develop the study (course) details.
  3. The instructor will provide the syllabus to the student, which must be uploaded on this form.
  4. The student fills out this form and submits it electronically.
  5. After you submit the form, approvals are handled for you. It will be sent to the Instructor, BTM Area Coordinator and the Associate Dean of Business: Academic Programs. If approved, it will be forwarded to Enrollment Services to add the course to your registration. Check your record to confirm the course is added.
