Global Engagement Funding for WLUSU/WLUGSA Application Form

If your club feels that its activities meet the listed criteria, we encourage you fill out the form below. Awards will be distributed at the discretion of the Global Engagement Advisory Committee under the advice of an awards committee. Clubs that submit proposals must be in good standing with WLUSU and WLUGSA.

Applications are due each year on November 4 and January 31, but will be considered throughout the academic year. Applications submitted by these deadlines will be provided full consideration and any remaining funds will be considered for applications received after the deadlines. Applicants will be notified if they have received funding within two weeks of the application deadlines.

Clubs are required to present to the selection committee. The proposal will need to demonstrate a marketing plan, how the initiative will be impactful beyond the clubs’ regular membership and the intended outcomes of the initiative. Funds will be used to pay invoiced expenses only. Cubs are required to submit a final outcome report.
