Wellness and Recreation
There's a strong relationship between healthy bodies and healthy minds, so we place great importance on your health, well-being and safety.
Special Constable Service provides services and training that helps maintain law, order and safety within our institution and community. Get involved with safety on campus by taking safety training or joining the student-run Foot Patrol or Emergency Response Team.
If you're not sure what to do or where to turn, a good place to start is with Laurier’s Gendered and Sexual Violence Prevention and Supports. We are here to listen and we support students who have experienced gendered and sexual violence on or off campus, or before you came to Laurier.
The Office of Human Rights and Conflict Management supports Laurier community members who feel as if they have been subjected to discrimination or harassment. We work to create an environment that values mutual respect and understanding.
Laurier has many resources to support your academic and personal well-being, but finding the right office for your needs can feel challenging. Each department offers specialized supports to meet your individual needs.
