The Laurier Library has a vast collection of resources from Statistics Canada for use in your research. These include surveys, data, and geospatial products in fields such as health, economics, labour, education, politics, and geography.
This workshop will introduce you to these resources and show you how to access and search them. No prior experience working with data is assumed. When you finish this module, you'll be able to download a completion certificate.

Online Library ASPIRE workshops are available through self-registration in a MyLearningSpace course called “Library Research Workshops.” Sign into MyLearningSpace, then click on Self Registration in the top navigation bar, and choose Library Research Workshops from the list of course options.
Workshops are self-paced, and each one contains a mix of video, text, and hands-on activities, with a completion certificate to demonstrate ASPIRE competencies
