University life can be stressful! Stress can sometimes be helpfully motivating, but it is important to recognize when it is taking a toll. In this session we discuss how to recognize it, understand your stress responses, and discuss key strategies in managing your own stress, with tips created and shared by students. This workshop is led by Jessica, Wellness Education Assistant and the Peer Wellness Educators. This workshop counts as an elective in the Wellness Education Certificate.
