NSSE Pulse 2020 survey assesses COVID-19 impact on undergraduate students
Wilfrid Laurier University is currently administering the National Survey on Student Engagement (NSSE) Pulse 2020 survey to current undergraduate students. Students will be invited through their My Learning Space account to participate in this online survey. The deadline has been extended until Nov. 23, 2020.
Many other Canadian universities are participating in the NSSE Pulse 2020 survey. The survey takes about three minutes to complete and contains 15 questions.
NSSE Pulse will collect information about the quality of interactions, supportive campus environment, sense of belonging, the pandemic, and general satisfaction with the university experience, as well as the background and demographic status of student respondents. Its goal is to identify aspects of the undergraduate student experience during the fall semester worthy of attention and discussion during these difficult times.
We encourage you to complete the survey, as it provides valuable feedback on your experience. Laurier uses the results from the survey to identify areas where institutional improvement can be made.
All responses will be kept strictly confidential, and participation in the survey is completely voluntary. The survey has received Laurier Research Ethics Board approval.
