Notes
You must complete the Calculus Preparation Evaluation (CPE) before you can register in MA129.
Students must complete all required first-year courses to progress to Year 2, with a minimum major GPA of 7.00 (B-) and a non-major GPA of 5.00 (C).
MB115 requires a labs. Remember to add the lecture and the lab to properly register.
You must take the BR sections of BU127, EC120 and EC140 (not OC)
You cannot take ENTR100 as an elective as it excludes MB105, a required course in the program.
Do not register in OL/MB200. BTM majors must complete this course in year 2 of the program.
Recommended Electives: CP104, OL140, SC101 (strongly recommended as preparation for MA129), UX100, UX103.
Course Load
To earn an Honours Degree, you will need to complete 20.0 credits:
- 0.5 credit: Normally conducted over one term
- 1.0 credit: Normally conducted over two terms
If you are studying part-time, you can take up to 1.5 credits per term. Full-time status is given to students who take 2.0 or 2.5 credits per term.
If you select 2.5 credits in the fall term and 2.5 credits in the winter term, you can complete an Honours Degree in four years.
