Important Notice

Laurier’s access to LinkedIn Learning will be terminated as of September 21, 2020 and students, staff and faculty will no longer have access to the course content or their learning history.

In 2017, Laurier was granted an institutional licence to LinkedIn Learning, an online self-service training site. Access was funded by the provincial government through eCampusOntario until September 21, 2020.

If you would like to download your learning history or any certificates you earned through LinkedIn Learning, we advise you to do so before the service is terminated by reviewing the following website.

Should the situation change, or the service become available again, we will notify our community accordingly.

Log In to LinkedIn Learning

Access LinkedIn Learning on a recurring basis using your Laurier network ID and password.

To log in, follow these steps:

  • Visit LinkedIn Learning.
  • Click the "Sign In" button in the top right corner.
    • If it is your first time logging in, you will need to select "Sign in with your organization account" and enter
  • To access the site, follow the prompt and enter your Laurier network ID and password.

LinkedIn Learning App

LinkedIn Learning has a mobile app available via iTunes or the Google Play Store.

Once you have downloaded the app, follow these steps to login:

  • Select "Already a member?"
  • Select "Organization" tab at the top of the screen.
  • Enter into the "Web Portal" box and select "Log in."
  • You will be redirected to a LORIS log in page where you must enter your Laurier ID and network password.
  • Select "Open" from the pop-up window.
  • Select "Accept" on the Terms of Service agreement.
  • You now have access to LinkedIn Learning. Happy learning!

Funded Access

Until September 21, 2020, there is no cost for full- and part-time Laurier students to take a LinkedIn Learning course and access is only available to currently registered students. Access is funded by the Government of Ontario through eCampusOntario as part of the Government of Ontario's Career KickStart strategy
