Residence Bus Booking Form

Residence Student Staff (Dons & REAs) who wish to book buses for residence community outings must complete the Bus Booking Form.

Bus booking requests should be submitted as early as possible. If a price quote is required prior to the booking being finalized, please allow a longer period of time for processing. The Department of Residence will make every effort to expedite requests; however wait times for processing will increase during peak periods (e.g. late October for Pumpkin Patch outings, early January for trips to Chicopee Snow Tube Park, etc.).
Please note that a minimum of 10 FULL business days (two work weeks) notice is required for final bookings.

Residence Student Staff MUST use their @wlu.ca staff email accounts (if applicable) when filling out this form.
