Residence Student Staff (Dons & REAs) who wish to book non-residence spaces on the Waterloo campus for residence-related programming events must complete the Room Booking Form.
Room booking requests should be submitted as early as possible and at least 7-10 FULL business days prior to the event. Booking requests are NOT guaranteed.
Residence Student Staff MUST use their @wlu.ca staff email accounts (if applicable) when filling out this form.
The University’s Booking and Examinations Office processes classroom booking requests typically within 5-7 business days; however wait times will increase during peak periods for the University (e.g. Midterm exams, Open Houses, etc.).
Please check information carefully to ensure that all details are correct and exact. Here is a list and description of commonly-used classroom spaces.
