Keys

Do not lend your keys. Students lending keys will be subject to the residence conduct process.

All keys issued remain the property of Wilfrid Laurier University and students living in residence are prohibited from lending or duplicating keys. Students caught violating this policy will be subject to disciplinary sanctions.

Report Your Lost or Broken Keys

The loss of any keys, fob or laundry card must be promptly reported to the Residence Office and all lost keys, which are subsequently found, must be returned immediately to the Residence Office.

Key replacement for lost and damaged keys (due to tape, stickers and/or paint) and lock changes (if required) will be processed at the student’s expense.
