- Zoom web conferencing is now available to students, staff and faculty to support online learning, meetings between students, staff and faculty and to promote collaboration.
Peer Support
The Peer Support program aims to create a safe, inviting space where students can discuss student-life concerns with a trained peer supporter who can listen, validate, and refer. Peer Support is a collaboration of the Student Wellness Centre, Graduate Students’ Association, and Canadian Mental Health Association.
Off-Campus Initiatives
The Centre for Off-Campus Initiatives addresses the needs of all Laurier’s off-campus students through intentionally designed programs, workshops, support services and volunteer positions.

Virtual Coffee Club (International Students)
Hosted by International Student Leaders, Virtual Coffee Club is a student-focused space to connect with friends, play online games, share experiences and meet new people. All international students are welcome to join.
Virtual Coffee Club is hosted on Discord on:
- Mondays from 9 to 10 p.m.
- Thursdays from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
Students who attend eight sessions will also receive credit on their Laurier Experience Record, but we hope you come by more than eight times!
Stay Fit
- Laurier Athletics and Recreation is offering fitness classes you can do at home – check it out for yoga, cardio, HIIT, core and more.
