Mindfulness Monday October 22
  • Snap Chat Takeover – All day around campus
  • Mantras at the Chalk Board with Locus 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Mood Walk from 12 to 1 p.m. Meet out front of the Student Centre
  • Meditation in the Indigenous Centre from 2 to 3 p.m.
  • Muse Meditation with ALC – 3 to 4 p.m. SCJ210
  • Art Hawks from 5 to 7 p.m. Location TBD
Tasty Tuesday October 23
  • Therapy Dogs- Davis Fuels Walkway 10 to 11 a.m.
  • Mental Health Carnival - RCW Lobby 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Workout Wednesday October 24
  • MuscleFit Workout Class -LBYMCA STUDIO B 9:15 to 10 a.m.
  • Learn to Salsa -LBYMCA STUDIO A 11:30 to 12:30
  • Free Smoothies - Hawks Nest LBYMCA Lounge 4:00 p.m.
  • Free Hot Yoga -Moksha Yoga 6 to 7 p.m.
Thirsty Thursday October 25
  • GSA Support Group – GSA Lounge 10:00 a.m.
  • Cook with RAC - TBD 11 to 12
  • Soup Lunch - Indigenous Centre 12 to 1 p.m.
