Anxiety Group Therapy
The Student Wellness Centre on the Waterloo campus is holding drop in group therapy for anxiety all semester. Four modules will rotate weekly throughout the term. Registered students can drop in to any or all of them in whatever order they choose.
The group will meet Mondays from 10:30 to 12 and Wednesdays from 1:30 to 3 in Arts 2C5B.
