Accessible Learning Student Space
The Accessible Learning Student Space is located the Arts Building, Room 2C7.
This space is a quiet, accessible study and resting space for students registered with Accessible Learning. Eligible students can access the space using their OneCard.
Speak with your accommodation consultant if you wish to use this space.
The room includes:
- Three (3) height-adjustable desks with ergonomic chairs, computer monitors, and cords for students using their own devices.
- A lounge area with comfortable chairs.
- A specially designed sleep pod for students who need a short rest.

Location
Room 2C7, Arts Building
From the Concourse, go down the hallway towards the Arts Building. After the washrooms, go up the stairs or the elevator (located to the right of the stairs) to the 2nd Floor. After exiting the stairs or elevator, turn right into the long hallway. Pass through the open doors, and go past the short hallway with a yellow wall. 2C7 is on your left.
Hours of Operation
7 am to 11 pm, 7 days a week.

Rules of Use
- Do not remove any equipment from the room.
- This is a quiet, accessible, and respectful space. Respect others when using the space by:
- Silencing your cell phone and using headphones when listening to music or audio.
- Refraining from wearing scents.
- Consuming only food that is allergen, pungent-aroma, and noise-free.
- Cleaning up after yourself and putting waste in the waste/recycling bins (located in the hallway.
- Personal belongings left behind will be taken to the Lost & Found in Special Constable Services.
- Call Special Constable Services at 519.885.3333 if someone is being disruptive or destructive.
Before You Leave
If you are the last to leave:
- Turn off and unplug the air filter.
- Ensure the door shuts completely behind you.
