Laurier's User Experience team is hosting a series of one-hour workshops for current undergraduate students to hear feedback related to their current student experience.

The goal for these sessions is to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement through journey mapping exercises.

This research will help identify strengths and weaknesses related to the student experience at Laurier so that we have a deeper understanding of our students' unique motivations and goals to improve the overall experience.
