Students may only use the approved calculator, Casio FX-300MS Plus required on lab assignments, quizzes, tests, exams, and the final examination. It is available for purchase at the campus bookstore. No other calculator is allowed.

Evaluation
A final mark out of 100 will be calculated as follows:
- Weekly online WeBWorK assignments: 10%
- Labs 25%
- Midterm Test (Friday, October 30th, 6:00p.m. – 7:20p.m.): 25%
- Final Examination (2.5 hours; date and time to be announced): 40%
To be eligible to pass this course, a student must score at least 40% on the final examination. The final mark will be reported as a letter grade in accordance with the conversion table of the current undergraduate calendar.
