Early Grade Release Request Form

This form is meant to assist students who require their official final grades to be released early. It requires proof of grade deadline. (i.e. offer of admission, image of dates from institution, employment offer, etc.). Each situation is reviewed individually, and all decisions will be communicated via your Laurier email account. If approved, information will be provided regarding the payment of the $22.50 processing fee (including showing proof of payment before we can process).

Requests will only be assessed and processed once the student has all unofficial grades for the current term showing in LORIS and the account is free of holds.  Please do not submit this form if there are grades still outstanding and/or have an account hold.

If approved, and once payment has been verified, your grades will be made official. We will provide confirmation that it has been completed, and you will then be able to submit a transcript request. Please note, requesting a transcript involves additional processing fees.

The early grade release process coincides with peak periods for Enrolment Services . Processing time ranges from 2-4 business days, but we aim to complete requests as soon as possible.  Please allow for additional time for any transcript requests to be processed as those are processed after the early grade release request.
