Request for Re-registration Form
To request re-registration at Laurier, please complete this form.
The re-registration form is necessary for students who have had a lapse in registration of 18 months or greater, or have attended another postsecondary institution since their last registration at Laurier, and now wish to return to studies at Laurier.
Please consider the following prior to submitting the form:
- The academic regulations in effect at the time of re-entry to the academic program will apply.
- Unless you meet the requirements for a specific honours program, you must re-register in the general Bachelor of Arts program without designation.
- If you have registered with any university/college since attending Laurier, you will be required to arrange an offical transcript.
- As of Sept. 1, 2024, there is a non-refundable fee of $58 to request re-registration at Laurier.
- This form may take up to 14 business days to be processed. You will be contacted via email once you are able to access LORIS.
