Carpool Permit Application Form (Brantford)

Complete this form to apply for a carpool permit at the Laurier Brantford campus. Carpool spaces are located in the RAC lot. Carpool groups consist of a maximum of four members and a minimum of two members.

Note: Each carpool member must submit this form to receive a permit and you are only allowed one valid permit on your account.
