Contact the ICT Service Desk

Despite the recent closures of campuses across Ontario, our Service Desk remains available to you to help support your technical needs. While you make the transition from studying from the university campus to studying from home, members of the Service Desk are available to answer your questions and assist in getting you properly set-up. Our hours of operation are as follows:

Service Desk Hours Fall 2020

  • Monday to Thursday: 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
  • Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Saturday: 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Sunday: 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.
  • Closed on statutory holidays and the Saturday and Sunday of long weekends

In-Person Support (1E4C Concourse) Waterloo campus

  • Monday to Friday: 10 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Please note that only one client in the office at a time.
