External Email Tagging to be added to Student Mailboxes

External email tagging will be added to Laurier student mailboxes on May 1, 2023.

After May 1, all external emails will:

1. Have [EXTERNAL *] added to the beginning of the subject line.
2. Have the following notice at the bottom of the email message:
   Notice: This email originated from outside of the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe.
