Wellness Education offers resources and a range of interactive programming led by peers and professionals to promote and encourage healthy choices and behaviour.

Our services are open to all students on all campuses and locations.

Workshops and Programs

Learn more about how to stay well by registering for our workshops and programs throughout the year. These workshops provide you with tips and strategies to build and maintain your wellness.

If you attend five workshops, you can earn the Wellness Education Certificate, which can also be added to your Laurier Experience Record.

Thrive Week

Thrive is a weeklong series of free events to help you maintain positive mental health with healthy habits and self-care skills.

Mark your calendars: Fall 2024 Thrive is from Nov. 4 to 8.
