Wellness Education

Wellness Education is a branch of the Student Wellness Centre. We offer resources and a range of interactive programming led by peers and professionals to promote and encourage healthy choices and behaviour.

Our services are open to all students on both the Waterloo and Brantford campuses.

Looking for ways to learn more or curious about how to attend our workshops? Check out our upcoming remote workshops for more information.

NEW! Online Peer Support

Peer Support is a new, weekly wellness initiative for undergraduate and graduate students to connect online with a trained Laurier student volunteer to chat, vent or ask for advice. Peer Support aims to create a space where students can be supported by other students who understand their shared experiences. Registration is not required. Simply click on to access the virtual support space for undergraduate or graduate students.
