Complete this form if you are a Martin Luther University College student wishing to appeal academic decisions and policies.
If your home faculty is not Martin Luther University College, submit requests to your home faculty (with the exception of requests for exam deferrals, which should be submitted to the faculty hosting the course). Requests are due on the first Tuesday of each month, and responses will be sent to the applicant’s MyLaurier email address by the end of the following week.
Before the Academic Advisory Committee (AAC) considers your request, your faculty advisor and course instructor (if applicable) will have the opportunity to provide feedback. It is strongly recommended that you make an appointment with your advisor before submitting your request.
