Studio Instructor Request Form

Indicate below which studio instructor you would like to study with. Although we make every attempt to pair students with the instructors they indicate on this form, we cannot guarantee placements due to workload limitations.

Full instructor biographies and contact information can be found through the Faculty of Music's faculty and staff listing.

Requests must be submitted before July 1 and will be granted at the dean's discretion. You will be notified of your studio placement during the first week of classes in September.

Note: A studio instructor request is not mandatory.
