Intent to Register Application Form

This form is for non-Laurier students who wish to register in a course at Laurier on a letter of permission.

Submit a separate form for each term of study.

This application form and your letter of permission must be received before we are able to register you in courses (pending space availability).

We suggest that you request alternate courses for your letter of permission should your first-choice course be full.

Note: Registration is not guaranteed, as the course(s) may have already reached capacity.
