Study Spaces

Updated Jan. 7, 2022.

Study spaces in Waterloo and Brantford are available to support your needs and access to Wi-Fi.

Campus buildings in Waterloo remain open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will otherwise require a OneCard for access. OneCards must also be used to access buildings on the Brantford campus and at the Kitchener location.

The ongoing success of open study spaces depends on you. Be a responsible student and remember to:

  • Check the building hours to ensure the space is open and available.
  • Complete your SAFEHawk Self-Assessment daily.
  • Wear a mask that covers the nose and mouth, at all times.
  • Follow directional signage and space requirements to ensure you maintain a distance of 2 metres from others.
  • Clean your study space table before and after studying with provided materials.
  • Leave the furniture where it is. The furniture is placed purposely for your safety.
  • Remain at your assigned study table for the duration of their study period.
