What is OneDrive?
OneDrive is a cloud storage tool that allows you to store, sync, and share your work and school files with other Laurier users and external users.
Why should I use OneDrive?
- Access files from anywhere - OneDrive’s cloud storage allows you to access your files from anywhere on any device. Laurier students, faculty, and staff get 5TB of OneDrive storage.*
- Restore a deleted file or file version easily - deleted files can be restored within 90 days of being deleted, and files saved in OneDrive have version history so you can revert file changes.
- Easily collaborate on files with others - edit and work together on a document in real-time.
How do I access OneDrive?
- Web browser version: Log in to office.com with your Laurier credentials and click on the app launcher icon in the top-left corner of your screen, then select 'OneDrive' from the app list.
- App version: install and log in to the OneDrive application on your desktop or mobile device.
