This list of community counselling resources is designed to support you if you prefer to access counselling off campus or when you can’t access counselling in the Student Wellness Centre because it’s the end of the day or you need support when we aren’t open.
This article is updated at the beginning of every semester, and the information listed is accurate on the date it was published. We don’t always know right away when a community clinic changes its hours or services, but we will do our best to make sure we are accurate. It is possible that by the end of the term, some of the information will be outdated, but we are committed to making sure it is up-to-date at the start of ever academic semester.
If you are in crisis right now cannot keep yourself safe, call 911; the Suicide Crisis Helpline at 9-8-8; or Good2Talk at 866-925-5454.
For more information about mental health and medical support when we are closed, visit our Urgent and After-Hours Care page.
