- Fall 2019: Dec. 7-20, 2019
- Winter 2020: Apr. 8-28, 2020
- Intersession 2020: June 18-22, 2020
- Spring 2020: July 31, Aug. 4-13, 2020 (no exams Aug. 1, 2, and 3)
- Summer 2020: Aug. 20-22, 2020
Notes
- Check web schedule regularly for changes to exam locations.
- Do not bring valuables to the exam locations. Laurier is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- You are not allowed to bring smartphones or any other electronic devices into the examination rooms; they will be taken away.
- Please read important information regarding rules and regulations in the examination location.
- If you have an examination conflict (two examinations on the same day, and at the same time), complete the online final examination timetable conflict form.

Note: This schedule is for courses that occur on campus. For online courses, check the "Online" exam schedule tab.
Note: You must write your final exam(s) at your designated centre, on the scheduled date and time indicated on the exam schedule. Do not forget your ID card and note all evening exams begin at 7 p.m.
Changing Where You Write Your Exam
The Examination Office may approve a change to
Midterm Exams (Online Learning Only)
The midterm examination schedule is posted at the beginning of each term. You can also find it on MyLearningSpace.
You are responsible for checking the schedule and making the appropriate arrangements (e.g., time off work) to write midterms. Remember to bring your photo ID to the exam.
Online Learning Midterm Schedule
For all other online learning courses, please check your course in MyLearningSpace for details.
Changing Where You Write Your Midterm
For a midterm, it may be possible to request a proctored exam, even if you live less than 100 km from Brantford or Waterloo, or a change of exam centre. Contact the Centre for Online Learning at least 10 business days prior to the exam.
For a final, the Examination Office may approve a change to exam centre but will not approve an off-campus proctor after the Online Learning Proctor Form due date. If you would like to change your exam centre (i.e. Brantford to Waterloo or vice-versa), contact the Final Exam Office at least 10 business days prior to the exam.
