Form Completion
If you have the required forms from your province/territory financial aid application to verify your enrolment, submit them through the Out of Province Financial Aid Document Completion Request form (2024-25).
You must be fully registered before the Laurier Financial Aid office can process your form. Forms are processed in date order received and timeline for completion may vary depending on volume.
When you complete the form:
- Ensure all student information is fully completed on your form prior to submission and upload your Out of Province Financial Aid documentation as a PDF file.
The Laurier Financial Aid office only completes documents related to provincial/territorial financial aid programs with this form request. If you are requiring completion of a form to verify enrolment for other purposes, review the information on Transcripts, Letters and Form Requests.
Submission of forms or documents through this form for OSAP or any other purposes will be deleted.
Late Payment Fees
Late payment fees related to an provincial/territorial government student aid payment that is applied directly to your student account will be reversed provided:
- the government student aid funding received covers the full amount owing, and
- your government student aid funding is applied directly to your Laurier student account from your government student aid program within one month from the first day of classes each term.
Outstanding Fees
If your available provincial/territorial government student aid funding does not cover all of your outstanding fees on your Laurier account, it is your responsibility to pay the difference prior to your Laurier invoice due date to avoid late payment fees.
Students are responsible for payment of fees added to their Laurier account after government student aid funding for the term has been processed.
