Residence Life

The Residence Life team is committed to engaging students as valued members of the Laurier community, and is focused on creating opportunities for students to positively contribute to their own growth. Residence Life at Laurier has always been characterized by mutual respect, and works diligently to promote healthy and caring communities.

Residence Life Area Coordinators (RLACs) facilitate the day-to-day management of the buildings, work to maintain Laurier’s standards of community living, provide individual advising and train and supervise the Residence Life Dons. There is one RLAC on call to respond to emergencies at all times.

The Residence Life Managers and the Associate Director oversee the RLACs and coordinate the overall administrative, supervisory, developmental and student conduct related functions in the Residence Life program.

The Manager, Residence Student Conduct oversees the student conduct team responsible for the development of the Residence Conduct Curriculum and day-to-day administration of all conduct processes.
