Plan Your School Year

Plan your academic year ahead by taking note of important dates and deadlines. 

  • Dec. 24 to Jan. 1: University closed.
  • Jan. 5: Winter term classes begin and tuition fees are due. 
  • Jan. 16: Last day to add winter term courses. 
  • Feb. 16: Family Day. No classes. 
  • Feb. 17 to 20: Winter reading week. No classes.

2025 Holiday Season Campus Closure

The Brantford and Waterloo campuses will close for the holiday season on Dec. 23, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. and reopen on Jan. 2, 2026. The Milton campus will close for the holiday season on Dec. 18, 2025 at 7 p.m. and reopen on Jan. 5, 2026.
