You will progress through each module’s series of online assignments as independent study. Available to all students, the Academic Skills (ASk) is a collection of workshops and study skills appointments geared toward your academic success. To earn your ASk Certificate you must complete six ASk activities – a combination of study skills appointments and at least five different workshops in one term. The ASk certificate can be entered on your Laurier Experience Record.

The Growing Your Strengths: Resiliency Toolkit program is a five-module program that aims to help you move from surviving to thriving at university by helping you build resiliency.
